If you are contacting us regarding a problem with the software, please be sure to send us the relevant information about your system and your problem. Each email should include at least the following information:

  • myTuneSync version (i.e. 1.0.0.487)
  • Operating system and version (i.e. Mac OS X version 10.4.8)
  • Error code and/or message you received
  • A brief description of what you were doing when the error occurred
